Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Outside of emergencies and illness Anam Massage requires 24 hr notice to move or cancel your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $65 cancelation fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you do not call to cancel in advance and fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I will do my best to accommodate you with whatever time we have remaining. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Please call if you are running late or cannot make your appointment so that I can plan accordingly.
