Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Outside of emergencies and illness Anam Massage requires 24 hr notice to move or cancel your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all my clients. I hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. Outside of emergencies and illness, Anam Massage requests 24hr notice to move or cancel your appointment. However, if you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, I understand and request you to please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. If you or anyone in your household are feeling ill or have a fever within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, please cancel. There will be no penalties for cancellations at this time. If you do not call to cancel in advance and fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I will do my best to accommodate you with whatever time we have remaining. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session. Please call if you are running late or cannot make your appointment so that I can plan accordingly.
